✅ To be eligible for a refund under our Pass Guarantee, you must complete all required course modules and quizzes.

✅ You must sit the NSW boat licence theory test within 3 days of your course access expiring.

✅ Your test must be taken no later than 60 days from the original course purchase date. This 60-day deadline applies to all access options, even if you choose longer access for extended study or revision.

✅ You must request your refund within 3 days of receiving your test result.

✅ Refunds apply only to your most recent purchase, and course access will be cancelled upon refund approval.

✅ The Pass Guarantee applies to the NSW General Boat Licence theory test only.

✅ The Guarantee can only be claimed once per person.
