Pass Guarantee Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under our Pass Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Course Completion
You must complete all required course modules, videos, and quizzes, and supply proof of completion (screenshot of completed course page for us to match with our online/backend checks). - Test Deadline
You must sit your NSW boat & PWC theory test within 60 days of purchase.
To keep the material fresh, you must sit the test within 3 days of your course access expiring (e.g., if you chose 14-day access,
test by day 17).
These deadlines apply to all access options and are part of refund eligibility.
- Refund Request
You must request your refund within 3 days of receiving your official test result, if you did not pass. - Proof of Result
You must provide official documentation from Transport for NSW showing that you did not pass the NSW general boat licence theory test. - Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. - Access Cancellation
If a refund is granted, your access to the course will be cancelled immediately. - One-Time Use
The Pass Guarantee is limited to one use per person and is non-transferable. - Scope
This guarantee applies only to the NSW general boat licence theory test and PWC test and is not valid for assessments or for courses in other states or jurisdictions. - Responsibility
It is your responsibility to schedule and attend the official NSW theory test within the required timeframes. - Exclusions
The Pass Guarantee does not apply if:
- The test was not sat under official Transport for NSW conditions
- You were unable to attend due to illness, technical failures, or personal reasons
- There was any misrepresentation or false information submitted
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the Pass Guarantee will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. - Changes to the Guarantee
SisterShip Training reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Pass Guarantee at any time without notice. Changes will not affect claims submitted before the update. - Privacy
All personal data submitted during the refund request process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
